Biography

Matthew Welch is currently an Associate at Atlanta office of Marcus & Millichap. Matt is a member of the National Retail Group and Net-Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap and works with Vice President of Investments Russell Malayery. He specializes in Single-Tenant Net-Leased properties, specifically Burger King’s nationwide. He is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and moved to Atlanta to pursue his college degree.

He is a recent graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. He comes from a family of Real Estate professionals in South Florida and has always been involved in Real Estate in some facet. 

He enjoys playing tennis and guitar in his free time, and when home is an avid boater with hobbies including fishing, free diving, and spearfishing.
